研究方向：海洋生物活性物质和新药研发

同济大学副教授，博士生导师，中国药学会海洋药物专委会委员、上海药学会海洋药物专委会委员，《天然产物研究与开发》编委，

<Chemistry and Biodiversity>、<International Journal of Food Properties>、<marine drugs>等审稿人。从事海洋生物中药理活性物质的追踪筛选和海洋药物研发。针对肿瘤、免疫、神经系统及心脑血管等疾病，运用现代色谱分离、结构测定、活性筛选的集成技术，从海洋生物中快速发现结构新颖的活性化合物；进行结构优化与构效关系研究，获得具有药用价值的海洋生物新资源及药物先导化合物。主要研究内容：海洋动植物的活性次级代谢产物的研究，发现药物先导化合物；活性先导化合物的结构优化、药理活性、作用机制与构效关系的研究；药品、功能性食品新资源的筛选等研究领域。

从海参、海星及海洋无脊椎动物共附生真菌等中分离、鉴定出近100多种不同结构类型的天然产物。已在国内、外刊物发表论文50余篇。多篇论文发表在国际著名的专业核心SCI刊物（Acta Pharm Sin、Journal of natural products、Marine drugs等）上并多次被引用。
