研究方向:鱼类基因组学

上海海洋大学教授,博士生导师,水产种质资源发掘和利用教育部重点实验室主任。中国科学院大学博士,在美国宾夕法尼亚大学从事博士后研究工作期间,开发了数种国际先进的高通量单细胞基因组学技术,不仅能精确解析细胞的异质性,而且能在极少量的生物材料上分析遗传和表观遗传的调控规律。从事单细胞基因组学新技术开发和应用的研究,开发了多种国际领先的新型高通量单细胞分析技术,取得了多项创新研究成果。在 Nature MethodsMolecular CellNucleic AcidsResearchGenes & Development 等国际著名期刊上发表多篇论著。入选 2019 年国家级人才项目,任国际干细胞研究学会会员。

4.首次解析了哺乳动物出生后心脏细胞的异质性

5.在小鼠脑垂体前叶中鉴定出了一种新的细胞类型该成果以共同第一作者排第二在2020年发表于SCI刊物Protein & Cell

6.系统性地鉴定了鱼类基因组中低温响应的顺式作用元件相关成果以第一作者发表在SCI刊物Nucleic Acids Research等杂志。
